II. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information including: personally identifiable information (name, address, email, phone, account info); health-related information such as clinical history; information about your Internet connection and device; usage details; and any other information we specifically request.
We collect this information: directly from you when you provide it to us; automatically as you navigate through the Platform (usage details, IP address, cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies); and from third parties such as physicians, medical professionals, and pharmacies.
The Platform may utilize cookies to improve functionality. Cookies tell us which parts of the Platform you've visited. We use cookies to identify and track visitors and their usage. We use Intuit's Quickbooks and/or Stripe as our payment processor. A cookie is stored on your browser to assist in detecting and preventing fraud. These are session cookies that typically only remain on your browser for 24 hours.

We may use your information to: complete registration or transactions; provide treatment, payment, or healthcare operational purposes; communicate about healthcare services; administer your account; operate the Platform; provide technical support; create de-identified aggregate statistics; measure effectiveness of communications; and comply with applicable laws.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of our services.
IV. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your Personal Information to: service providers that assist in maintaining and improving the Platform; medical providers including physicians, pharmacies, and laboratories; our affiliates and their employees; third-party credit card processors; and entities assisting with marketing and advertising.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
V. Your Options
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our Platform may be inaccessible or not function properly. We do not currently respond to 'do not track' signals.
VI. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to reasonably secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission is at your own risk.
VII. Third-Party Platforms
Our Platform may contain links to other websites outside of our control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites. CareValidate is not responsible for what third parties do in connection with their websites or how they handle your Personal Information. VIII. No Services to Persons Under 18
CareValidate does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18.
IX. California Resident Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your Personal Information. Your rights include: Right to Know, Right to Deletion, Right to Opt-out of the Sale, and Right to Non-Discrimination.
For 'Right to Know' and 'Right to Deletion' requests, please write to the Compliance Officer or contact support@trimmedi.com. To opt out of the sale of personal information, you may click the 'CCPA Do Not Sell My Personal Information' link in the footer of our website and modify your cookie settings.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. The date this Privacy Policy was last modified is identified at the top of the page. Your continued use of our Platform after such amendments will be deemed your acknowledgement of these changes.
